Virtual Sessions:
Virtual sessions are held via zoom, with the details emailed to you either the night before or the morning of your appointment date.
Payment & Cancellation:
All sessions are prepaid for at the time of booking. Refunds are issued with a 24 hour cancellation notice. If you don't cancel your appointment with at least a 24 hour notice, or don't show up for your session, there is no refund for holding an appointment time.
