There are so many wonderful reasons to incorporate journal writing into your wellness and spiritual growth practices. Your journal is a valuable place to gain some new insights, understanding, healing, direction, and clarity on decisions.
Journal writing is much more expansive than most people realize. Traditionally, journal writing was simply the use of a "diary" to record events, feelings, and experiences from your day. 7-Week Course
Each class in this series will introduce you to different tried-and-true journal techniques that have empowered so many in discovering the writer within, new life management skills, and creative problem-solving tools.
You will be guided through all the techniques in a supportive and welcoming space, and you don't have to have any writing skill to benefit from this program. See the Events Page for upcoming classes.

I wanted to share how the Journal to the Self class just really is continuing to transform my life! Over the weekend I kept getting a creeping ugly feeling. Stuck, unmotivated etc. - so I went to journal about it. I ended up doing TEN of the techniques on the same topic! It wound up being anger coming in that was blocking me.
The coolest part was I did the guided imagery last, and it was amazing! I got inspired to draw, and drew a rabbit and some spring flowers and everything all by hand!
Then I went further to find the meanings of the flowers, and more about how I could work with the rabbit energy, and it just all connected so beautifully!
My creative expression is growing like wildflowers!
Normally I would have just acted on my anger or irritation, but instead I channeled it thru your teachings - and wow! What a difference it made! I spent hours lost in this and came out feeling 400x better. The angry feelings, I worked thru them simply by expressing. Just wow for me!
