iRest® Yoga Nidra Meditation
iRest® (Integrative Restoration) is a trauma-sensitive guided meditation process that has its roots in the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra. This process allows you to receive answers and insights from a deeper place of wisdom often difficult to connect to in every day life. iRest® is a gift to yourself, as it encourages the development of a deeper connection to your sense of inner-ground and inner-stillness that always exists. From this new found felt-sense of well-being, profound transformation and healing occurs naturally, a more responsive approach to life challenges emerges, and a deeper source of creativity arises.

iRest® Sessions
A one-on-one iRest® session involves being led through a meditative process of self-inquiry and welcoming whatever is arising, such as sensations, thoughts, feelings, images, and emotions. In these sessions the meditator is in complete control of how the process unfolds. iRest® meditation sessions are 60 minutes, with approximately 35 minutes spent in active meditation. The remainder of the time is made up of settling in and review or integration of the understanding that is arising. In these sessions the process unfolds at an organic pace. There is no agenda to fix, change or control anything, creating the potential for deep insight and healing.
