Somatic Practices
Somatic practices offer a holistic approach to wellness through techniques that incorporate the body's wisdom and natural restorative capacities to improve physical and mental health.
As a mind-body specialist, Nancy Bunt is trained to use somatic (body-based) practices. Two of her favorite modalities are TRE® (Tension/Trauma Releasing exercises) and MELT®. These practices have been instrumental in her own healing and wellbeing, and she loves to support others in bringing them into their own self-care routines.
