In this live session, we explored the concept of finding our inner ground of wellbeing by examining the beliefs we hold that often create a sense of separation. By bringing awareness to these mental patterns, we can transform them, reconnecting with the natural state of unity and peace that exists within us all. This journey of self-awareness helps restore our connection to both ourselves and the world around us.
