Series One: Finding Your Calm
A 4-Week Journey Through Stress
Stress is not an enemy, it's the body's intelligent response to challenge.  This four week journey explores how stress lives in the body, how breath and awareness can soften its grip, and how each of us can build a personal toolkit for calm.  Each week introduces a new layer, building toward an integrated practice you can carry into daily life.
  1. Understanding Your Stress Response:  Explore where stress lives in the body.  Learn the extended exhale breath and a foundational body scan for stress awareness.
  2. Breathing Through It:  Deepen your breathwork with box breathing.  Release stored tension through gentle movement and build breath as a real-time tool.
  3. Coming Back to the Body:  Somatic awareness practices, grounding meditation, and exploring the body as a source of wisdom rather than a problem to manage.
  4. Building Your Calm Toolkit:  Integration and personalization.  Discover which practices resonate most for you and how to weave them into daily life going forward.

Series Two: Restoring Your Rest
A 4-Week Journey Through Sleep
  1. Understand Your Sleep Patterns:  Explore your relationship with sleep - not as a problem to fix, but a pattern to understand.  Learn the 4-7-8 evening wind-down breath.
  2. Calming the Nighttime Mind:  Work with the busy mind at bedtime.  As thought-release meditation and gentle movement sequence to discharge the day's tension.
  3. Creating Your Wind-Down Ritual:  Progressive muscle relaxation and sleep visualization to support the body's natural transition to rest.  Design your personal evening ritual.
  4. Sustaining Restful Sleep:  A full integration session closing the cycle with a deep body scan, the breath of release, and a meditation on the permission to rest.
