Journal to the Self®
Frequently Asked Questions
- What if I can't attend all of the classes? Granted it will offer you more opportunity to explore these techniques with the instructor and your classmates if you can attend all of the classes, however you will have the workbook to practice techniques you might have missed. One of the benefits many people do notice from taking this course is it actually gives them tools to help with time and life management.
- I'm not a good writer / I've never done journal writing / I'm shy: One of the best things about the Journal to the Self® course is it is fun and easy, especially for people who don't think of themselves as writers. It's very gentle and respectful. No one is asked to do anything that is uncomfortable for them. There's no pressure to read what you've written. These are informal, fun, experiential classes where we can actually practice the different ways of writing. JTTS has been taught to more than 100,000 people worldwide, and receives consistent positive feedback.
