  • 10 distance Reiki sessions
  • Scheduled weekly or bi-weekly (This allows the energy work to deepen and integrate over time.  Just like any healing or creative process, consistency helps us soften layers of resistance, build trust with the body, and stay connected to the flow of transformation.  Regular sessions offer space not just for release, but for renewal--grounding the subtle shifts into your daily life.)

How to Schedule:
 Once you purchase this package you will be contacted to schedule your sessions.  Here are the suggested schedules:
  • Once a week for 10-weeks  (could be the same time and day of the week for each session)
  • Once every other week for 19-weeks (over about 5-months of time)
  • Twice a week for 5-weeks
